Neck support pillows that relieve pain
The wisdom of aThai house-wife

Mr.Wichai, age 45, has had neck-pain. Because during the time ‘Yoga’ was well-known, Wichai took Yoga practice, specially ‘Head stand position’ He could do it. But 2 months later, he began to have neck-pain. The pain reached shoulder. Sometimes he had muscle jerk at the right hand, he had ever numbness at the thumb and the finger of the left hand. It happened occationally in 5 years.

By X-Ray, he found the decay of his neck-bones. The Yoga’s head stand position has narrowed the bone cushions at level 5 and 6. His Yoga practice was so fast that the muscle around the neck was not strong enough to stand the weight of his body, when he stood up side down. All the weight pressed down on his neck-bone, which caused pain at the neck and nerve trouble at the upper arm.

Mr.Bong, age 52, he is a doctor, but also suffered from neck-pain. He was called Bong by friends. Because he looked like ‘Arnold Schwasnegger’ or an American football player. His muscle at the neck looked like a powerful tail of a crocodile. In Thai language ‘Bong’ means something thick and dense. He don’t know, how his’ thick and hard neck muscle has saved him from a crisis.

One day, he and his staff went out for blood donation. The car turned over. It was bloody on over the road. No one got killed, the blood was from the donators. Bong got pain on the back and neck. After 2 weeks he went for X-Ray and found nothing wrong. He worked as usual.

One day he and his wife came to Bangkok and visited his professor at the Rama hospital, the professor could not find anything with him either. But for being sure, he took the MRI test. He left and wore collar. After only one day Bong got an emergency admission note for the operation. His neck-bones fragiled and declinded. He was recovered. What a man? He has had a broken neck for 2 weeks, but was still able to walk and work. Thanks his thick and hard neck muscle.

Miss Nuchjaree also had neck-pain. She worked at the bank, counting the bank notes by machine and manually. Sometimes it was so busy that she felt her two hands were not enough. For the time passed by, if there were phone calls, she held the receiver on her shoulder, pressed it by her neck, while working. She finally got neck-pain.

Mr. Somdech ,he is a factory owner. Eventhough the economical crisis, but his SME business could manage the situation. He has received a good amount of orders, until sometimes, he could not produce right on time. He finally got neck-pain from his job, mentaly and physiologically. His symptom appeared when he woke up. The causes of the pain was so complicated.

Human beings evoluted from lower species. You can observe the turtle draw back its head while in hazard. The animal’s neck muscle is sensitive for exciting, Frightening including human being. It is so sensitive to tension which causes neck-pain.

Some overweight people suffer from neck-pain while waking up, Mr.Somdech. When you are too fat, the normal pillow can not hold your fat necks. So you may suffer from tension all night and in the morning.
