Nowadays there are many
ways that our body can be infected with poisonous substances; from
the food that is filled with chemical compounds used to add more
colors or flavors, from the air we breathe in, from the environment
full of chemicals, etc. Therefore, these poisonous matters gradually
accumulate in our body resulting in various illnesses whose causes
do not come from germs. Such illnesses are, for example, diabetes,
high blood pressure, high fat level in the blood vessels, allergies,
restlessness, etc.
The principals of natural
therapy have tried to teach means that can help you handle these
accumulated substances called Detoxication. There are scores of
them as follows;
1. Fasting for detoxication
This is a natural approach to help your body get some rest
and cure itself. An example can be seen in cats or dogs. When they
are sick, they starve themselves and later they will be recovered.
The fasting are divided
into 4 levels, which are a fasting for the whole day of only fruits,
of merely fruit juices, of just water and of nothing at all.
Actually, there is the
antioxidant system which comes from vegetables and fruits in our
body. So during the fast, the body is given a rest of meat and fat.
Instead, we receive vitamins from vegetables and fruits that can
get rid of antioxidants. In other words, we eat vegetables and fruits
in order to detoxicate poisonous substances
2. An enema with
coffee If we talk about the organ systems in our body, the
livers are what help eliminate poisonous substances. However, if
we load them with excessive food consumption such as too much meat
or fat in a lot of meals within a day, the livers cannot possibly
detoxicate all of those poisons in time.
Thus during the rest,
we should stimulate the livers by an enema with coffee for caffeine
will be absorbed and will rouse them to wash out more poisons.
3. Qigong Normally,
if you are a person who stays up and gets up late, it is advisable
to try to change such habit. Try to go to bed early and get up untimely
to practice Qigong. Qigong is an exercise that emphasizes on the

that bring you happiness, and a good sleep.
6. Meditation
This can give you a peaceful mind and also a better sleep.
Even though the detoxication
methods mentioned above are quite valuable to one's health, there
are also some precautions. Those who cannot practice such means
are very old persons, children in their physical development, pregnant
women and cancer patients. For elderly people, it is more appropriate
to look after themselves by eating Thai food and concentrating on
mostly vegetables and red unpolished rice.
For the enema with coffee,
it is not advisable for children in their physical development,
pregnant women and those who have recently had an intestine operation
for less than one month.
Talking about all of
the mentioned detoxication methods for those who have health problems
(not including those 2 precautions above) and those who really want
to cure themselves seriously and want to see obvious results, it
will be a whole lot more worthwhile to complete all of them; fasting
for d-toxication, an enema with coffee, exercises, meditation and
Qigong. If you go to the sea, you might prefer burying yourself
in the sand to just sitting and sleeping in the hotel.

your health problems will gradually improve. You will eventually
have good health and might also get your young face back.
