4. Relieve tension

Meditation is essential for a person with high cholesterol. The more stress you have, the more levels of cholesterol are increased. There are many ways to relieve your tension such as listen to soft music, do some hobbies, take a vacation, exercise, yoga, qi-qong, or pray.

5. Fast

Fast for 24 hours with fruits or juice all day every 15 days helps to quickly reduce blood fat.

Food supplements and vitamin

Vitamin and food supplements not only rapidly decrease blood fat but also well prevent the complications in the heart and brain.

1. Fish oil Take 2 grams a day. For 500 mg tablet, take 2 tablets each time, morning and evening. For 1,000 mg tablet, take 1 each time, morning and evening. Fish oil helps to reduce blood fat and prevent the condensation of blood in the blood vessels.

2. Fiber tablet It can be anything. This is just to use the fiber to wipe away the fat in food before it is absorbed into the body. Take it according to the direction on the bottle.

3. Vitamin E Take 400 iu a day. Vitamin E helps to prevent the accumulation of fat in blood vessels and the condensation of blood. This is for the prevention of heart disease and paralysis. Besides, vitamin E can also dissolve the clogged arteries.

4.Vitamin B and C They are for tension relief which will help to reduce the levels of cholesterol. You can take the mixed kind (2 vitamins in one tablet) by taking 1 tablet each time, 2 times a day (breakfast and lunch). In case you cannot find the mixed one, take 1 tablet of vitamin B complex and natural vitamin C (containing bioflavonoids) 500-2,000 mg, 2 times a day. Vitamin C helps to reduce triglycerides and the sediment in blood vessels, strengthen the capillaries and increase the HDL.

However, the use of food supplements and vitamin will be effective only when the control of food stated above is practiced.
