Scalp massage for beauty hair

Scalp massage contains an advantage of blood circulation increment which nourishes hair's roots more and more. Meanwhile, you will feel relaxed and relieved. Therefore, the tension relieved can also increase the blood circulation. These two actions provide two benefits at the same time.

Scalp massage contains various methods, but the simplest and easiest one is to rub the scalp with your fingers as when you are washing your hair and rubbing all around your head. Thus, washing hair and rubbing scalp all over are liked you are massaging your head as well.

A professional scalp massaging can be followed by these methods,

1. Use the tip of index, middle and ring fingers to pat gently, starting from forehead and continuing to an occiput. Then, move to both sides and do not forget to strike lightly from front to back and down to auricles.

2. Use your whole fingers and massage in a circular motion around your head. Start from forehead and down to the back part of the skull and keep rubbing all over the head. When rubbing, try not to move only fingers but also rub until your scalp moving. By doing this, the effect can be felt down to the muscle layer and increasingly refresher for yourself as well.

3. Pull hair tightly and move all over your head.

4. Use fingers to rub the back part of the skull and the temples. By doing this, you will feel more relaxed and comfortable.

Follow massage scalp from 1, 2, 3 and 4 methods respectively. Massage without using oil every night before sleep and rub before shampoo with oil. After rubbing, wash your hair for removing the oil. Moreover, there are different special types of oil for each types of hair by the followings table below.

The base oil for massage is to blend together 2 tablespoons of virgin oil , 1 tablespoon of what germ oil and 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil.

Noted: you can add any other fragrant oils as your preferences or types of hair.
