How to sunbathe

Heat plays an important role in our health. Heat is designed by the nature to help activate the immune system in the body. White blood cells function best at an elevated body temperature. That means over 37 degree celcius. For example, when we gets cold virus, flu symptoms are the result of the body that responses to the virus increase body temperature and then, accelerate the production of white blood cells. The flu will later remove the virus from the body.


We have all realized about this for a long period of time. The treatise on the medical science of India reveals that heat can be transferred to "energy" in our body. Hippocrates said that flu symptoms can make us recover from illness. The Indian treatise suggests sun bathing because the Indians believe that the sun is the origin of everything in the world. Mankind and animals could not exist without the heat from the sun. Whenever the body is weak, imbalance or suffers from chronic disease, if they only have a touch of the sun ray, they will feel energize.

That's why they suggest us to take a sunbath. If you ask whether sunbathing can treat allergy, it can, as a part of the treatment but you have to stop eating junk food and drinking milk first. That is because milk contains small protein molecule which can directly be absorbed into our body and become intrusive protein that body system has to bring the IgA to enclose them. People who has allergy have less IgA than the ordinary ones. Therefore, when children drink milk, the body will use the IgA to enclose milk protein in intestine. The IgA in the membrane nasal cavity will be destroyed, causing children to develop an allergic.

Sunbathing in Indian medical science way is to sunbathe under banana leaves. First , place a litter outdoor in the sunshine. It would be better to sunbathe in the morning or in the evening ,for instance, before 10 am. or after 3-4 pm. Next, smear some olive oil on the skin, lie on the back and cover the body with 3 banana leaves around 10-15 minutes. For children, just around 10 minutes is suitable. After that, lie on face down and cover with banana leaves again at the same amount of time. That is the end of the process. Easy ,isn't it?
This method will not darken your skin and can also protect your skin from UV and Infrared radiation. This is a lot better than letting your bare skin directly face the sun ray , like the Western way because banana leaves can filter other rays from the sun , so the only ray that will touch your skin is green light from the leaves which is mostly safe. Futhermore, banana leaves can keep yourself cool so that you don't ever feel hot and can stay out in the sunlight.
