Detoxification for fun and
good health

"Detox is such a challenging
word which makes one want to try what Detox will be like? And how
hard is it? Or even how to do?, What's the result after that?, What
happens while doing? Am I gonna be alright?, Is there much toxicity
in our bodies?, Will I feel any differences before and after Detox?
Therefore, it's time to prove and see the facts.

K.Prapas Chutimavorapan,
Vice President, Namtan Khonkaen Co., Ltd. one of the Balavi Detox
tour which took place at Botanic Resort, Chiang Mai on last February,
told us about how he felt the first time before he decided joining
the tour that time .
He is the one who likes
to work out in order to keep him healthy since he was 15 but one
thing that he carelessly neglected was how he eats.
"I have a high
blood pressure. Well, not that high because I kind of an enjoy eating
person. I always go to every single famous restaurant. According
to Chinese culture, which teaches me to eat fastly so, I can have
time to do something else. This is absolutely bad point because
it makes the difficulty of digestion so I have to walk for an hour
after dinner. That's why I always feel uncomfortable when I eat
meat."
"When I was in
a program, I've learnt more about Detox but the most important thing
is about how we eat that we should consume only food that benefit
to ourselves and don't eat kind of junk."
"It was a very
good time in Chiang Mai, we hike up to a mountain which you can
breath fresh air as much as you want but don't expect to pop down
(laugh) but it wasn't boring because there are activities which
I have never done in my life."
"Just like the
first day, we ate only food all day, I think they were guavas and
papayas for the second day and vegetables plus fruits for next three
days. I feel better than having meat or rice, feeling comfortable,
relax and good to the excreted system."
"There're other
activities. For example, working out an aerobic under water or performing
acupuncture. You won't be bored but feel that time passes so fast
because there're activities for you to do all day."
"After I came
back, I have no worry about to blood pressure. The important thing
that he's got can clearly change his consuming behavior."
"From the 5 days
trip, I've learnt that we don't really need to eat meat or food
from famous restaurants. We can have fruits or vegetables instead.
I have changed the idea of eating and I became one who easily eat.
You can see from my breakfast, 1-2 breads are enough and I'll have
a bigger plate for lunch. I'll eat something light like I bought
a kilogram of potatoes then slice them for dinner or juice sometimes
so I won't be hungry at night."
"I now have no
difficulty of digestion. I don't have to walk for an hour like I
used to do in the past so I can sit still and eat some more fruits."
"I would like
everyone to the Detox trip. Maybe once or twice in a life time to
know how is it."
