Top – ten diseases that are
frequently found among working – age people.

1. Constipation
If you look at the total
number of the patients you may be surprised and think that this
is a contagious diseases. In almost all office there are some people
suffering from constipation, with difficult bowel movement, hard
feces as it basic symptoms.
In reality constipation
is not a contagious disease at all. But the office youth have the
same risk factors.
1. Food with little
fiber.
You can see that the
food they order in their office, particularly during rush hours,
are packed rice with curry, packed cookie, of course no vegetables,
no fruits even if you eat at a restaurant you can have only white
rice with very little fiber. This is why your feces is very sticky.
2. Irregular bowel movement.
Due to the traffic
jam during rush hours, you have to leave your home as early as possible.
What you can do is to wash your face and brush your teeth with no
toilet. When you reach the office you're always too busy to think
of the bowel movement. This is why your intestinal system does not
function properly.
3. Rush work and stress.
These two factors will
stimulate your sympathetic nervous system and the result is your
intestine squeezes less and less. This eventually leads to constipation.
A simple way to take
care of yourself.
1.Drink 1.5 liters of
water with 3 teaspoons of table salt and lemon juice before bowel,
do it for a week.
2.Eat Grown rice
3.Eat a dragon fruit
a day.
4. Try to do a regular
bowel movement.
If all of the above
doesn't work, acupuncture and colon cleansing may be necessary
and they will help reduce constipation, but you have to consult
a doctor first.
2. Chronic fatigue
syndrome.
This disease is caused
by some undesirable behaviors namely; sleeping behavior, this
means you go to bed very late; eating behavior, it means you eat
sweet things, white rice and you also drink, this behavior leads
you to vitamin B deficiency ; working behavior, by this we mean
you have stress which is due to over working. If it is chronic
besides fatigue, some other symptoms will also occur, for examples,
your hands and feet will be cold and you are subject to coldness
but the dominant symptom is still fatigue.
A simple way to take
care of yourself.
1. If it is possible,
you must go to bed early.
2. In stead of drinking
syrup, you should eat brown rice.
In a serious case,
vitamin B, acupuncture and Chinese herbs will help reduce the
fatigue, and of course you have to consult a doctor.
3. Neck pain
This disease is caused
mainly by sitting in the same position for a long time in front
of your computer, doing moves your head up and down. And it will
be worse, if your computer desk is not up to standard.
The other factor that
causes neck pain is stress. Whenever you have stress your neck
muscles will squeeze and this leads to neck pain.
A simple way to take
care of yourself.
1. Choose and use
appropriate computer equipments.
2. Set a correct sitting
position.
3. After 1 hour of
working try to stand up for a change.
4. If you are free
try to do some yoga.
5. Go to have a massage
or sauna.
If all of the above
is not effective you have to consult a doctor. But some more effective
ways are acupuncture, massage therapy and physical therapy.
