Problems
Every problem in life
is the cause of tension. When we can't figure out how to solve the
problems, we will be under so much stress but as soon as the problems
have been solved, stress will be vanished. Thus, we need to learn
appropriate ways to solve problems in order to relieve stress.
The most important
thing to avoid when solving problems is to base your decision on
your feelings. That's because feelings can blind you from being
reasonable and lead you to more serious problems. It's quite obvious
that making decisions based on feelings can't save the situation.
Taking drugs is not
a brilliant way to get rid of problems either. Smoking, drinking,
gambling, etc can only soothe you for only a short while. Most importantly
doing all this is harmful to your health. So, we should bravely
face every day's problems without delays. It's wiser to solve problems
right away because the longer the problems last, the more you will
be under stress.
In some cases people
who are tense may need someone to talk to in order to relieve stress.
Sometimes it is annoying for people to listen to others' problems
all the time and of course no one can always be there for them.
Therefore, you must rely on yourself but not on somebody else. Try
to use your own potential and you will be proud of yourself. Only
if the problem is too heavy for you, you can ask others for helps.
Above all these, the
extremely important thing to remember is never and ever blame yourself.
Don't blame yourself for you should think that it's o.k. for people
to make mistakes. Try to correct the mistakes and avoid making the
same mistakes again. If there is no one to give courage to you,
it's fine to encourage yourself.
Another thing is never
and ever blame others. If it's your mistake, you should admit it
and try to correct it. Don't think the problem is caused by someone
else's false for it only creates more disputation.
Stress can also be
relieved by using natural treatment such as acupuncture, mind controlling
or taking vitamins.
Stress occurs within
our minds; therefore, if we learn how to control our minds and try
to select good and useful things for ourselves, we will certainly
be happy. I'm sure there's no one who doesn't love oneselves. If
you love yourself, happiness will undoubtedly be with you.
