Too stressed, things go wrong…what
should I do?
Ka-nun has to wake
up for work before the clock wakes him up. Not only just that, to
make it to work almost gives him a heart attack whether he could
go to work in time or not. In the afternoon, Lots of works are lining
up for him. Eating lunch? Forget it! By the time finishes his work,
it is already an evening. After arriving home, he has to stick to
laundry, to cleaning the house, to cooking or sometimes if it is
not what his sweetheart expected, they would start to fight. The
circle of life goes on every day and you have to encounter many
problems that always surge to you. Do many of you have such life
like this?
Many may say "Yes" or
"Almost close" as Ka-nun, which will have a bad effect to,several
illnesses such as, allergy, gastritis, hypertension and finally
cancers. You may wonder where these diseases come from. The answer
is tension. When we feel stressed, our bodies will produce a substance,
called adrenalin. Adrenalin functions to provoke the intestines'
wall to excrete more acid than usual. This is the cause of gastritis
and intestinal disease and more.
We cannot avoid the
problems in our daily life, but we can mange to handle them. Important
factors that cause tension are things that do not turn out the way
we want them to be, such as, failure in a business discussion, high
prices of goods, the rise of gasoline price, object being damaged,
etc. These factors could cause stress as well. Therefore, if we
think in a positive way, tension will not be awaken. For example,
if you do not want to be in traffic, you may get up earlier. Getting
up early is very useful. If you wake up late, you will not able
be to have a breakfast, whereas, you might have a chance to eat,
if you wake up early. Breakfast is very advantageous. It makes the
metabolism function better and strengthens our energy in order that
we can fight with our everyday problems. The crucial factor to make
it work is the attitude. If we have negative attitude towards something,
it will lead to stress which is not good for our health. Meanwhile,
the positive attitude is easy to create, starting from yourself
without depending on others. Think that whatever happens to you
could happen to others too. Those who have more difficult time than
you do are still living happily and successful in their lives. Those
who have failed, for thousands and thousands of times, have endured
and continued to succeed eventually. Like Thomas Alva Edison, the
inventor of the first electric light bulb in the world. He could
fight against himself from thousands of experiments' failure until
he succeeded at last and helped everybody in this world to have
light. If it were somebody else, they might give up. But Edison
had his will, effort and thought that it would be useful to mankind.
This way of thinking drove him to succeed. These things depend on
the attitude of each person. If you think you can do it, nothing
can stop you and you will be able to do everything with happiness.

is the way to adjust the body balance, take care of your eating
habit by turning towards eating herbs. There is a medicine called
controlling temper drugs which can help you feel more relaxed. Moreover,

attitude in your memory from the past to become better.
Our routine life sometimes
may not be what we expected or dreamt about. Thus, the way of thinking
is very crucial to our daily life. We should change our attitudes
in living from time to time. Don't adhere to the concrete, just
let it go. Believe that optimism does not harm anybody. At least,
it will never harm yourself and live on by using the most of your
life with happiness.
