มีอาการอยากน้ำตาลกับแป้งกับขนมมากมาก แบบว่ามากเกินไปค่ะ กินจุจนอิ่มเกิน คุมไม่อยู่ ต้องกินจนอึดอัด เป็นอย่างนี้ติดต่อกันได้ประมาณปีแล้วค่ะ แต่จะเป็นแบบอาทิตย์เว้นอาทิตย์ หรือเวลาคิดได้ก็เลิก แต่ทำได้แค่ชั่วคราว
คุณหมอมีวิธีแก้มั้ยคะ มันปวดหัวนะค่ะ

ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นมีผลต่อกายกับจิต ด้านร่างกายทำให้ต้องหลั่งอินซูลินตลอดเพื่อให้น้ำตาลในเลือดลงมาอยู่ในระดับปกติ บางรายที่กินแป้งและน้ำตาลมากเป็นเวลานานอาจตรวจพบว่าเป็นเบาหวานหรือไขมันในเลือดสูงได้ ตอนปวดหัวอาจมีภาวะน้ำตาลในเลือดต่ำหรือสูงก็ได้ตรวจไปตรวจเลือดดู FBS,HbA1c ,Lipid profiles ด้านจิตคือเกิดความเคยชิน ความอยากน้ำตาล หรือติดรสหวานเป็นปัญหาที่พบบ่อยในคนไทย ซึ่งผู้หญิง 1 ใน 4 คนจะอ้วน และเสี่ยงต่อโรคเบาหวาน ความดันสูง โรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจได้ และถึงแม้น้ำหนักไม่เกินค่าปกติก็ตรวจพบเบาหวานได้เช่นกัน เมื่อตรวจแล้วพบสาเหตุเราก็จะแก้ตรงสาเหตุนั้น การแก้ไขโดยเปลี่ยนประเภทอาหารเป็นแนวธรรมชาติบำบัดน่าจะช่วยได้ครับ
