อยากทราบว่าน้ำหญ้าปักกิ่งสามารถรักษาหรือป้องกันโรคมะเร็งได้หรือไม่ และในขณะที่ให้คีโมสามารถทานได้หรือไม่คะ

หญ้าปักกิ่ง มีสรรพคุณในการรักษามะเร็งอยู่บ้าง ราคาก็อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่รับได้ จะกินร่วมกับการให้ยาเคมีก็ได้ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร
อย่างไรก็ดี มีข้อแนะนำว่า การรักษาแบบธรรมชาติบำบัด ไม่ควรหวังพึ่งแต่กระบวนการใดกระบวนการหนึ่งเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่จะต้องทำควบคู่กันไปทั้งหมดจึงจะได้ผลดี เช่น การควบคุมอาหาร การปั่นน้ำผักกินวันละ 6-8 แก้ว การให้วิตามินบำบัด การฝังเข็ม การอบสมุนไพร การอาบแสงตะวัน การฝึกจิตฝึกสมาธิ การฝึกชี่กง เป็นต้น

หญ้าเทวดา (หญ้าปักกิ่ง) เริ่มมีผู้นำมาเผยแพร่ประมาณ 30 ปีมาแล้ว รายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับหญ้าเทวดามีดังนี้
ชื่อท้องถิ่น : เล่งจือเฉ้า
ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Murdannia loriformis (Hassk.) Rolla Rao et Kammathy
วงศ์ : Commelinaceae
ลักษณะทางพฤกษศาสตร์ : หญ้าเทวดาเป็นพืชใบเลี้ยงเดี่ยวไม่ใช่พืชในวงศ์ของหญ้าทั่วไป ในประเทศไทยพืชในวงศ์ของหญ้าเทวดามักเป็นไม้ประดับ หญ้าเทวดาเป็นพืชล้มลุกสูงประมาณ 7-10 ซม. บางทีสูงที่สุดได้ถึง 20 ซม. ใบเป็นใบเลี้ยงเดี่ยวความยาวไม่เกิน 10 ซม. ดอกออกเป็นช่อที่ปลายยอดรวมกันเป็นกระจุกแน่นกลีบดอกสีฟ้าปนม่วง ใบประดับกลมยาวประมาณ 4 มม. ร่วงง่าย
แหล่งกำเนิด : มีถิ่นกำเนิดในประเทศจีนตอนใต้ และพบทั่วไปในประเทศไทย
การเพาะปลูก : เป็นพืชที่ชอบดินร่วนหรือดินปนทรายงอกงามในที่มีแดดรำไร ไม่ต้องการน้ำมาก วิธีปลูกให้นำต้นเล็กที่มีรากมาปลูกหรือใช้เมล็ด อาจปลูกแบบพืชคลุมดินใต้ต้นไม้ใหญ่ ปลูกในกระบะหรือกระถางเป็นพืชที่ปลูกได้ง่ายและไม่จำเป็นต้องมีเนื้อที่มาก
ส่วนที่ใช้ : ทั้งต้นหรือส่วนเหนือดิน (ลำต้นและใบ) ที่มีอายุ 3-4 เดือน (ตั้งแต่เริ่มออกดอก)
สรรพคุณพื้นบ้าน : ยาจีนใช้หญ้าเทวดารักษาโรคในระบบทางเดินหายใจและกำจัดพิษ ในประเทศไทยตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2527 มีผู้ป่วยด้วยโรคมะเร็ง ดื่มน้ำคั้นสดจากหญ้าเทวดาเพื่อรักษาและบรรเทาอาการจากโรคมะเร็ง สามารถยืดชีวิตต่อไปได้ระยะหนึ่งทำให้หญ้าเทวดาเป็นที่สนใจมาก เพราะมีผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งรายหนึ่งที่แพทย์บอกว่าจะมีชีวิตอยู่อีก 3 เดือนขอให้นำผู้ป่วยกลับไปพักที่บ้าน แต่ผู้ป่วยกลับไปบ้านและกินน้ำคั้นหญ้าเทวดา อีก 1 ปีต่อมายังมีชีวิตกลับไปให้แพทย์คนเดิมตรวจผลของผู้ป่วยรายนี้กระตุ้นให้มีการศึกษาวิจัยคุณสมบัติของหญ้าเทวดามากมาย นอกจากนี้ ผู้ป่วยบางรายใช้ร่วมกับการรักษาแผนปัจจุบันเพื่อลดผลข้างเคียง
องค์ประกอบทางเคมี : น้ำคั้นสดจากหญ้าเทวดา มีกลัยโคสฟิงโกไลปิดส์ (จี1 บี) ซึ่งมีชื่อทางเคมีว่า 1B-O-D-glucopyranosy1-2- (2' -hydroy-6' -ene-cosamide) -sphingosine (G1b)
คุณสมบัติทางชีวภาพและเภสัชวิทยา :การศึกษาคุณสมบัติต้านมะเร็งในห้องปฏิบัติการกลัยโคสฟิงโกไลปิดส์ (จี 1 บี) แสดงฤทธิ์ยับยั้งปานกลางต่อเซลล์มะเร็งเต้านม และเซลล์มะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่ ด้วยค่า ED50>16 ไมโครกรัม/มล. สารจี 1 บี ยังแสดงผลปรับระบบภูมิคุ้มกันด้วยสารสกัดหญ้าเทวดามีผลลดความรุนแรงของการแพร่กระจายของมะเร็ง (metastasis) ในหนู จึงคาดว่า สารสกัดหญ้าเทวดาอาจใช้ป้องกันการเกิดมะเร็งได้ สารสกัดหญ้าเทวดามีฤทธิ์ต้านการกลายพันธุ์ของยีนที่เกิดจากสารก่อกลายพันธุ์ชนิดต่าง ๆ ได้ เช่น AFB1 สารสกัดหญ้าเทวดามีฤทธิ์เหนี่ยวนำเอนไซม์ DT-diaphorase ซึ่งมีบทบาททำลายสารพิษที่ก่อให้เกิดมะเร็ง
ความเป็นพิษ : พิษเฉียบพลัน น้ำคั้นจากหญ้าเทวดาไม่ทำให้เกิดความผิดปกติในด้านการเจริญเติบโต เคมีเลือดและพยาธิสภาพของอวัยวะสำคัญในหนูขาว ค่า LD50 เมื่อให้โดยการป้อนในหนูขาวมากกว่า 120 ก./กก. นน. ตัว ซึ่งเทียบเท่ากับ 300 เท่าของขนาดรักษาในคน จัดว่าเป็นสมุนไพรที่ค่อนข้างปลอดภัยตามเกณฑ์ขององค์การอนามัยโลก
พิษกึ่งเรื้อรัง จากการทดลองในสัตว์ทดลองพบว่าขนาดที่ใช้รักษาในคนมีความปลอดภัยเพียงพอ หากใช้ติดต่อกันนาน 3 เดือนพิษทางคลินิก ยังไม่พบรายงาน
ประโยชน์ทางการแพทย์ :ใช้เป็นยาร่วมในการรักษามะเร็ง สามารถลดผลข้างเคียงจากการรักษาแผนปัจจุบัน
ยับยั้งการแพร่กระจายของมะเร็งและการกลับมาเป็นอีก รวมทั้งใช้ปรับระบบภูมิคุ้มกัน
วิธีเตรียมน้ำคั้น : นำส่วนเหนือดินหรือทั้งต้น น้ำหนัก 100-120 กรัม หรือ จำนวน 6 ต้น ล้างน้ำให้สะอาด หั่นเป็นชิ้นเล็ก ๆ และ
โขลกในครก ที่สะอาดให้แหลก เติมน้ำสะอาด 4 ชต. (60 มล.) กรองผ่านผ้าขาวบาง
ผลข้างเคียง : ทำให้อุณหภูมิร่างกายสูงขึ้น 0.5-1 องศาเซลเซียส ผลข้างเคียง
ในระยะ 7 วัน หรือ 10 วัน อาจมีอาการหงุดหงิด หรือเป็นไข้ อาจมี
น้ำเลือดปนหนอง ออกทางอุจจาระ น้ำปัสสาวะอาจเหมือนน้ำล้างปลา นอนไม่หลับ/
โมโหง่าย หากรับประทานติดต่อกันหลายปีโดยไม่หยุด อาจทำให้เกิดอาการขาดน้ำ แขนขาชา กล้ามเนื้อลีบ อาจเดินไม่ได้ แต่เมื่อหยุดรับประทานอาการเหล่านี้จะหายไป
ข้อควรระวัง : หากใช้เกินขนาดจะมีผลกดระบบภูมิคุ้มกัน
ข้อห้ามใช้ : ยังไม่พบรายงาน
ปฏิกิริยาสัมพันธ์กับยาอื่นหรืออาหาร : ยังไม่พบรายงาน
ข้อควรคำนึงในการดื่มน้ำหญ้าเทวดาสด
1. หญ้าเทวดาเป็นสมุนไพรคลุมดิน ต้นหญ้าเทวดามีเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ที่อาศัยอยู่ในดินปนเปื้อนมามีต้นและใบของหญ้าเทวดา
ได้มากมาย การนำหญ้ามาใช้ต้องมั่นใจว่าได้ล้างหญ้าหลาย ๆ ครั้งจนปราศจากเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ เพราะถ้าล้างไม่สะอาดพอ
การดื่มหญ้าเทวดาสด ๆ ก็เป็นการดื่มเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ในดินเข้าไปในร่างกายผู้ป่วยมะเร็งซึ่งมักมีภูมิต้านทานต่ำ อาจเป็นอันตรายมากกว่าคนปกติมาก
2. หญ้าเทวดามีรูปร่างลักษณะคล้ายกับหญ้าอื่น ๆ หลายชนิด เช่น หญ้ามาเลเซีย เป็นต้น ซึ่งหญ้าอื่น ๆ จะไม่มีคุณสมบัติที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ป่วยดังเช่นหญ้าเทวดา เคยมีผู้บริโภคที่ซื้อหญ้าปักกิ่งตามท้องตลาดมาบริโภค แต่เมื่อนำต้นดังกล่าวไปให้คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลพิสูจน์แล้ว ปรากฎว่าเป็นหญ้าอื่นที่มีลักษณะคล้ายหญ้าปักกิ่งซึ่งไม่มีคุณประโยชน์ต่อผู้ป่วย ดังนั้นก่อนซื้อมาบริโภค ต้องมั่นใจว่าเป็นหญ้าเทวดาแท้จริง
3. หญ้าเทวดาที่มีคุณประโยชน์ต่อผู้ป่วยต้องเป็นต้นที่มีอายุที่เหมาะสม กล่าวคือ หากเป็นหญ้าที่ปลูกโดยการชำกิ่ง ต้องมีอายุ 3 เดือนขึ้นไป แต่ถ้าเป็นหญ้าที่ปลูกจากการเพาะเมล็ดต้องมีอายุมากกว่า 5 เดือนขึ้นไป หญ้าเทวดาที่อายุยังไม่ครบเวลาดังกล่าวได้มีการศึกษาแล้วพบว่าสาร G1b ไม่มีการสร้างในต้นที่อายุยังไม่ครบ ดังนั้น การซื้อหญ้าเทวดามาบริโภคต้องมั่นใจว่าต้นนั้น ๆ มีอายุครบเกณฑ์กำหนดตามวิธีการเพาะชำนั้น ๆ แล้ว จึงจะได้คุณประโยชน์ดังประสงค์มิฉะนั้นก็จะเป็นการบริโภคหญ้าเทวดาที่ไม่มีคุณสมบัติที่ต้องการพัฒนาการหญ้าเทวดาสู่มาตรฐานสากลสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาขององค์การเภสัชกรรมได้นำหญ้าเทวดามาพัฒนาเป็นยาเม็ดโดยใช้ส่วนประกอบทุกอย่างเป็นสารธรรมชาติ แม้กระทั่งสีที่ใช้เคลือบยาเม็ดก็ได้สีเขียวของคลอโรฟิลล์ของพืช วัตถุดิบและเทคนิคการผลิตทั้งหมดเป็นภูมิปัญญาของคนไทยล้วน ๆ ไม่พึ่งพาต่างชาติ แต่การประกันคุณภาพเทียบเท่ามาตรฐานสากลการพัฒนาในรูปของยาเม็ดหญ้าเทวดานอกจากอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้ป่วยและญาติผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ป่วยแล้วยังช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับคุณค่าของหญ้าเทวดาตามต้องการสม่ำเสมอ เพราะยาเม็ดหญ้าเทวดาทุกเม็ดได้ผ่านกระบวนการผลิตและควบคุมคุณภาพด้วยเทคโนโลยีอันทันสมัย เพื่อประกันคุณภาพของยาให้ยาทุก 2 เม็ด มีคุณค่าเทียบเท่ากับต้นหญ้าเทวดาสดจำนวน 3 ต้น ดังตัวอย่าง chromatogram วิเคราะห์คุณภาพของยาเม็ดหญ้าเทวดายาเม็ดหญ้าเทวดานับเป็นก้าวสำคัญของพัฒนาการเภสัชกรรมไทยเพราะการผลิตตั้งแต่วัตถุดิบจนเป็นยาเม็ดสำเร็จรูป ใช้วัตถุดิบและเทคโนโลยีของคนไทยทั้งหมด เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์แห่งความภาคภูมิใจที่สำเร็จได้ด้วยภูมิปัญญาของเภสัชกรไทย ผลิตภัณฑ์นี้ช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยมะเร็งมีคุณภาพชีวิตดีขึ้นและช่วยลดการพึ่งพาต่างประเทศในการดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง ขนาดรับประทานและระยะเวลาการรับประทานสรุปได้ดังนี้
ขนาดรับประทาน :รับประทานครั้งละ 1-2 เม็ด วันละ 2 ครั้ง ตามน้ำหนักตัวของผู้ป่วย
ผู้ใหญ่ (น้ำหนักตัว 40 กิโลกรัม) รับประทานครั้งละ 2 เม็ด วันละ 2 ครั้ง เช้าก่อนอาหารครึ่งชั่วโมง และก่อนนอน
เด็ก (อายุ 6-12 ขวบ) และผู้ใหญ่น้ำหนักตัวต่ำกว่า 40 กิโลกรัม รับประทานครั้งละ 1 เม็ด วันละ 2 ครั้งเช้าก่อนอาหารครึ่งชั่วโมง และก่อนนอน
เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 6 ขวบ (น้ำหนักตัวต่ำกว่า 20 กิโลกรัม) ควรใช้ภายใต้การดูแลของแพทย์
ระยะเวลาของการรับประทาน :การใช้ยานี้ให้ได้ประโยชน์สูงสุด ควรรับประทานยานี้เป็นรอบโดยรับประทาน 7 วันแล้วหยุด 4 วันสลับกันไปแล้วเริ่มรับประทานรอบใหม่ต่อไป ระยะเวลาการรับประทานขึ้นกับจุดประสงค์การใช้ยาดังนี้
กรณีใช้ลดผลข้างเคียงจากรังสีบำบัดหรือเคมีบำบัดผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง รับประทานควบคู่ไปกับการรักษาแผนปัจจุบันโดยรับประทาน 7 วัน หยุด 4 วัน การหยุดรับประทานเป็นช่วง ๆ เพื่อให้ร่างกายได้ปรับสมดุลของระบบภูมิคุ้มกันกรณีป้องกันการแพร่กระจายและการกลับเป็นซ้ำผู้ป่วยมะเร็งหลังจากได้รับการรักษาแล้ว ต้องการป้องกันการแพร่กระจาย และการกลับเป็นซ้ำอีก ให้รับประทาน 7 วัน หยุด 4 วัน เช่นนี้ติดต่อกันประมาณ 1 ปี และตรวจมะเร็งปีละ 2 ครั้งกรณีการใช้เพื่อเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันในผู้ที่ไม่ได้เป็นมะเร็ง รับประทาน 7 วัน หยุด 4 วันเช่นนี้ติดต่อกันเป็นเวลานานไม่เกิน6-8 สัปดาห์ โดยใช้เฉพาะช่วงที่ร่างกายมีภูมิคุ้มกันต่ำ เช่น ขณะติดเชื้อไวรัส

อยากทราบว่าการให้วิตามินบำบัด คืออะไร หาซื้อได้ที่ไหนค่ะ แล้วทุกอย่างที่กล่าวมา เช่นการฝังเข็ม การอบสมุนไพร การอาบแสงแดด และอีกฯลฯ นเลย หรือเและอีกมากมายที่กล่าวมาสามารถทำได้ทั้งหมดพร้อมๆๆ กันเลยหรือเปล่าค่ะ

ทานมาได้ 1 อาทิตย์แล้ว รู้สึกนอนไม่หลับจะเปฌนสักกี่วันได้แต่อาการอย่างอื่นปกติและสามารถรับประทานต่อไปได้เรื่อย ๆ หรือไม่
เพราะมีความรู้สึกว่า อาการที่เคยเป็นเผลอักเสบในปากบ่อย ก็ ค่อย ๆ หาย แต่คิดว่าจะรับประทานต่อไปแต่อาจจะลดปริมาณเดิมรับประทาน
4 แคปซูล 3 เวลา ก่อนอาหาร หากเปลียนมาเป็นวันละ 2 แคปซูล 3 เวลาเหมือนเดิมจะได้มั๊ย หรือจะหยุดทานไปสักอาทิตย์
เหมือนต้องเริ่มใหม่หรือไม่เพราะกลัวถ้าเริ่มใหม่จะมีอาการนอนไม่หลับอีกหรือเปล่า ขอคำแนะนำนิดนะค่ะเพราะอยากทานให้ทานอาหารได้ด้วยเพราะอยากให้น้ำหนักขึ้นสัก 5 กก. เพราะขณะนี้น้ำหนักตัว 41 กก. เอง เพราะป่วยบ่อยส่วนมากจะเจ็บในปากแผลคล้ายร้อนในแต่เป็นทีไรต้องหาหมอฉีดยากว่าจะหายบางครั้งหมดยาก็ไม่หาย มีคนแนะนำเลยลองทานยาเทวดาหรือหญ้าปักกิ่งรู้สึกว่าดีขึ้น ถ้าทานต่อไปเรื่อย ๆ ได้หรือไม่มีผลข้างเคียงอะไรหรือเปล่า อยากแนะนำคนอื่นให้ทานด้วยแต่ต้องการข้อทราบรายละเอียดข้างต้น

สวัดีค่ะ ดิฉันพึ่งได้มาศึกษาและสนใจในสรรพคุณ ของหญ้าปักกิ่งก็ต่อเมื่อแม่ของดิฉันเป็นเนื้อร้ายที่ปอดค่ะ แม่ดิฉันพึ่งไปตรวจเอ็กซเรย์เจอก้อนเนื้อที่ปอด หมอเลยนัดให้ไป CT สแกนอีกรอบผลที่ออกมาก้อนเนื้อที่ปอดแม่ เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 3 ซม.แล้วค่ะ หมอก็นัดให้มาส่องกล้องและตัดเนื้อไปพิสูจน์ค่ะและพึ่งได้ทราบผลว่าก้อนเนื้อนั้นเป็นเนื้อร้าย และหมอให้ผ่าตัดออกเพราะพึ่งเป็นระยะแรกมีสิทธ์หาย แต่มันติดปันหาที่ว่าแม่ดิฉันเป็นโรคประจำตัวเยอะมาก เป็นทั้งเบาหวาน ความดัน เการ์ ตอนนี้ดิฉันเป็นห่วงแม่มาก หมอนัดผ่าตัดวันที่ 11 ม.ค. 2555 นี้แล้วค่ะ ดิฉันอยากจะพาแม่มาที่ศูนย์ธรรมชาติบำบัดบัลวี เพื่อเข้าคอสต ก่อนได้รับการผ่าตัดเพื่อให้ร่างกายท่านแข็งแรงรับกับสภาวะที่รับการผ่าตัดและให้คีโม ให้ได้ และถ้าให้แม่ใช้หญ้าปักกิ่งควบคู่ด้วยจะดีไหมค่ะ ดิฉันรบกวน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้คำแนะนำดิฉันหน่อยค่ะ เพราะตอนนี้ดิฉันกังวลมาก เลยค่ะ.. หรือติดต่อมาที่ 087-9419922
