1.การอบซาวน่าโดยการอาบน้ำก่อน แล้วเข้าอบประมาณ 5 นาทีแล้วออกมาอาบน้ำแล้วเข้าอบต่ออีก 5-10 นาที แล้วอาบน้ำ ถูกต้องไหมคะ 2.การอบซาวน่าบ่อยๆ เช่น 5 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์จะมีผลเสียหรือไม่ หรือสามารถอบได้บ่อยๆโดยไม่มีผลเสียต่อสุขภาพ

ตามหลักการอบซาวน่า ประเทศที่ใช้การอบซาวน่ามาอย่างยาวนาน และใช้นานมากที่สุดในโลกคือประเทศ ฟินแลนด์ ประเทศฟินแลนด์คนทุกคนจะมีวัฒนธรรมในการอบซาวน่า กล่าวคืออบทุกวันไม่ว่าจะเป็นผู้สูงอายุหรือแม้แต่สตรีมีครรภ์ก็ยังอบ และไม่มีปัญหาที่เกิดจากการอบซาวน่าบ่อยแต่อย่างใด กลับยิ่งเป็นผลดีต่อสุขภาพมากขึ้นด้วยซ้ำ สำหรับเทคนิคในการอบซาวน่าเน้นการอบแบบอบร้อนสลับเย็นโดยการอบตู้อบซาวน่า 5 นาที จากนั้นออกมาอาบน้ำเย็นประมาณ 1 - 2 นาที จากนั้นจึงไปอบใหม่ประมาณ 3 - 4 รอบ นี่คือการอบที่ถูกวิธีเท่าที่อ่านดูลองปรับอีกเล็กน้อยก็ใช้ได้แล้วครับ
